In these fluid financial times, Alt Bridge Capital provides bridging finance to customers with high-security assets in the form of Exercised Policies. While our clients are awaiting their lump sum payouts of Pensions and Provident Funds, we assist with “cash-in-hand” to help bridge the cash gap between exercising the contract and settlement of their funds, which can be anything from a few months to more than a year. Our bridging loans are available to applicants awaiting a minimum benefit of R100 000 and a maximum of R3 000 000, with the loan amount based on 10% of the lump sum, depending on affordability.
